Islington and Shoreditch is a community Housing Association managing, maintaining
and developing quality affordable housing for people in housing need in Hackney,
Islington and adjoining neighbourhoods.
We work in close co-operation with the Local Authorities, the Homes and Communities Agency, the Tenant Services Agency and other local Housing Associations, including Black and Minority
Ethnic, special needs HAs and co-operatives.

with the Tenant Services Agency and governed by a voluntary Board.
- The Association is committed to resident participation and adheres to

- ISHA is the leading member of the North River Alliance, a group of Housing
Associations working in North and East London. The North River Alliance
is a ‘Preferred Development Partner’ of the Homes and Communities Agency.
