Service Delivery Officer (Part-time)

Hours:17.5 hours per week, between 13:30 and 5:00 pm.

Salary: £12,078 to £13,504 (pro rata of £24,156 to £27,009)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will be the first point of contact for residents and customers and will provide a high level of customer service whilst taking repair requests over the phone and via email.

Contact Centre experience is essential for this role as well as a good knowledge of housing repairs.

You should have a good general level of education, excellent customer care, written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Dealing discretely and tactfully with confidential issues is also key to this role.
