Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) seeks a:

SERVICE DELIVERY OFFICER

£12,078 to £13,504 (pro rata of £24,156 to £27,009)

17.5 hours a week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service to our residents.  You will be the first point of contact for residents and customers and will provide a high level of customer service whilst taking repair requests over the phone and via email.

Contact Centre experience is essential for this role as well as a good knowledge of housing repairs.

You should have a good general level of education, excellent customer care, written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Dealing discreetly and tactfully with confidential issues is also key to this role.

You would be required to work 17.5 hours per week, between 10.30 am and 14.00 pm.
