How you can pay your Rent

There are various options for you to pay your rent:

• Cash : At Lien Viet’s office
• Cheque : By post or at Lien Viet’s office
• Direct debit : Through your bank or building society
• Standing order : We can supply the form to you
• Rent Card : See below

You can use your rent card to make payments at any Post Office or any store or supermarket displaying these signs:

We encourage you to use your rent card to make payments as it helps us identify correctly the payee/tenant and avoid delays in crediting your rent account and preventing unnecessary rent arrears. Being in rent arrears could ultimately result in you losing your home.

If you are entitled to Housing Benefit, you can have this paid directly to the Association.
