Tenant Satisfaction

We conducted a tenant satisfaction survey in 2008 and the main results are shown below. The fieldwork took place during September and October 2008. Questionnaires were sent to all our tenants and the findings are based on responses from 89 tenants; a response rate of 72%

Lien Viet HA’s overall tenant satisfaction level was very slightly higher than the peer group average of 80% and ranked Lien Viet HA in the middle of the peer group range. Only 3% of Lien Viet HA’s tenants that took part in the survey said that they were dissatisfied. This was the lowest dissatisfaction rating amongst the peer group landlords
