ISHA's New Repair Service

As many of you may have heard, Connaught went into administration last week. Connaught delivered the repairs and maintenance service for ISHA. While we were very sorry that Connaught who had provided a good service to ISHA were in difficulty, our first responsibility was to our residents and to provide an alternative service as quickly as possible.

We are happy to announce that Chigwell Construction took over our repairs service on 16 September. We are sure that Chigwell Construction will work with ISHA and the residents to provide an excellent service.

If you have reported a repair in the last two weeks, you will be contacted shortly to confirm an appointment with Chigwell. If you have reported a repair before Connaught went into administration, you should have been contacted to let you know that we will give these jobs to Chigwell as soon as possible. You will then be contacted to let you when these jobs are given to Chigwell.

If you have an outstanding repair from before Connaught went into administration, and haven’t been contacted, please call or email us.
