Throughout April 2012, ISHA's online submission forms, such as the online cleaning and grounds maintenance survey, and the online complaints form, did not work consistently.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the information in some of these forms, and we apologise if we have not responded to any complaints or queries submitted. Because of this problem we cannot find out what was in these messsages.
The problem is now fixed, so any online forms will be received by ISHA. If you have any outstanding complaints that have not been addressed, please contact Alexander Netherton on 0207 704 7390 or email@example.com.
