How you can pay your rent

Your rent is due weekly in advance on Monday. You can pay your rent in the following ways:

• By credit card, ringing Les or Ola
• By standing order through your bank or building society
• By having housing benefit paid directly to the Association if you are entitled to it
• By posting a cheque to our office
• By plastic 'AllPay' swipe card at designated outlets

Please remember that cash is not accepted at our office.

Rent Statements

Every 3 months we will send you a statement of your rent account for that quarter. You should check your statement carefully against your records to make sure that all your payments are shown. Any queries should be raised immediately with your Income Officer.
