Our resident newsletter ISHA News is published four times a year and is posted out to all residents.

Residents are regularly needed to join the editorial board.

If you would like to get involved in the editorial board, or have a story idea, wish to submit a letter to the editor, recommend other contributions, or be added to the distribution list, please email communications.

Development Expenditure

ISHA is the lead member of the North River Alliance, a group of community based housing associations in North and East London. Working together we provide affordable and sustainable homes for the Community. We believe it is important to be open about where we spend our money when building our new homes. We will publish quarterly a list of all purchases over £500 in relation to developments that form part of the Affordable Homes Programme.

This will include:

- all individual items we purchase
- payments made to contractors carrying out work on our behalf
- other spend incurred in carrying out firm scheme developments

It will exclude:

- payments made to staff
- sensitive personal information, such as payments made to residents or their carers
- any payments which may reveal personal details about an individual

We regularly review the way we classify expenditure to ensure the process is as accurate and informative as possible.

This symbol will appear against any supplier who is contributing to the NRA’s training opportunities and employment scheme.
