Questions about Rent and Service Charges

What is my rent balance?

How much is my service charge?

Every year ISHA will send you your weekly service charge amount. If you want to ask any questions, or get another copy of your service charge, call Alexander Netherton on 0207 704 7390, email him on alexandern@isha.co.uk or write to us or visit us at 102 Blackstock Road, London, N4 2DR.

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, direct debit, standing order, cheque, Allpay cards, Allpay online and housing benefit paid directly to ISHA. I need a new rent card

You can order a new rent card by contacting your Revenue Officer, you can call them on 0207 704 7346, email lesh@isha.co.uk or oladunnio@isha.co.uk or Mary Mullan on 0207 704 7323, email marym@isha.co.uk.  

When does my rent go up?

If you have an Assured tenancy or Leaseholder or Shared Owner, your rent and service is normally increase the first Monday in April of each year and you are notified 28 days prior to the increase date.

If you have a Secure tenancy your rent is increased every two years on the anniversary of the start of your tenancy.

Can I have debt advice?

ISHA offer access to free and independent debt advice service from Capitalise, which will help you find solutions to your debt problems.

Am I getting the right benefits?

Your can contact your Revenue Officer on 0207 704 7346 or 0207 704 7350, email lesh@isha.co.uk or oladunnio@isha.co.uk to arrange an office appointment or alternatively an appointment with a Jobcentre Plus personal advisor to ensure you are getting the right benefit entitlement.

I am having trouble paying my rent

You must immediately contact your Revenue Officer Les on 0207 704 7346 or Ola on 0207 704 7350 or email lesh@isha.co.uk or oladunnio@isha.co.uk, to discuss your circumstances and find an agreeable payment plan to ensure regular payments.
