How much is my service charge?

How can I pay my rent?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, direct debit, standing order, cheque, Allpay cards, Allpay online and housing benefit paid directly to ISHA. If you need any help with these you can contact your Rent Officer, you can call them on 0207 704 7346 or 0207 704 7350, email

I need a new rent card

When does my rent go up?
If you have an Assured tenancy or Leaseholder or Shared Owner, your rent and service is normally increase the first Monday in April of each year and you are notified 28 days prior to the increase date.
If you have a Secure tenancy your rent is increased every two years on the anniversary of the start of your tenancy.
Can I have debt advice?
ISHA offer access to free and independent debt advice service from Capitalise, which will help you find solutions to your debt problems.
