I want a satellite dish

ISHA does not normally permit satellite dishes to be installed. Your tenancy agreement will tell you if you are allowed to install a dish but you need to get permission before you can do this. If you would like to install a dish please contact your Tenancy Services Manager before you do so. ISHA will not be responsible for any installation fees if you did not get permission and we need to take the dish down.

How do I get a parking permit?

If there is a car park by your home that is owned by ISHA, you can contact us to ask if there is a space available or to be put on the waiting list. You need to have your car insured at your ISHA address and taxed. Parking spaces cost £95 a year. I want to rent a room or my home to someone else

You must get permission from ISHA before you can do this. In most cases this is not allowed but in certain cases ISHA will consider your request. You must first contact your Tenancy Service Manager before you take any steps to do this. Can I have a pet?

When are the bins emptied?

You can contact your council to find out when your home has its bins emptied. Please visit if you live in Islington, if you live in Hackney, if you live in Camden and if you live in Waltham Forest.

Can I run a business at my home?
