What did the Inspection look at?
The Audit Commission spent three days in ISHA at the beginning of January 2010.
They looked at how we were doing with:
- day to day repairs
- resident involvement
- gas safety and servicing
They looked at how we are doing in these areas by measuring:
- how easy it is for tenants to access these services
- what tenants think of ISHA’s customer care
- how ISHA caters for different peoples’ needs
- whether it provides value for your money
