What did the Inspection look at?

The Audit Commission spent three days in ISHA at the beginning of January 2010.

They looked at how we were doing with:

• day to day repairs
• resident involvement
• gas safety and servicing

They looked at how we are doing in these areas by measuring:

• how easy it is for tenants to access these services
• what tenants think of ISHA’s customer care
• how ISHA caters for different peoples’ needs
• whether it provides value for your money
