About the annual reports

The annual reports are about our service to our residents from April 2020 to March 2021.

As well as the areas we are required to report on, we tell you how we responded to the Covid challenges, how we were able to bring positive changes to our repairs service, what we have been doing to keep residents safe in their homes. and how we have involved residents in developing new services.

We also asked residents for their views on our performance during the period. We have the results of the survey, including what they told us about our service and how we have responded to their feedback.
