Noise nuisance

Everyone has the right to enjoy their home and community and live peacefully alongside their neighbours. However we recognise that in urban areas there is often some noise transference between homes, business premises and the external environment which cannot be avoided. We all have different tolerance levels to noise. What is acceptable to one person may be noise nuisance to another. As neighbours, our behaviour has to be reasonable and we all have to be tolerant and mindful of others.
