Stock Condition Survey

We have an action plan to carry out all the work recommended from the survey. We will work with you to make sure the improvements are right for everyone and comply with health and safety rules. The work will involve:

·        Checking all properties are in line with fire regulations through such things as replacing smoke alarms and ensuring hallways are kept clear.

·        Electrical tests on DIY modifications.

·        Checking boiler fittings to reduce the chance of vermin.

·        Carry out further surveys that focus on fire risks in particular.
