We want to hear feedback from ISHA tenants, leaseholders and shared owners about what you think of the plans for the resident involvement strategy.

Damp and mould

There are lots of reasons why damp and mould can occur in your home. If you think you have spotted the signs of damp or mould, please report it to us immediately.

Car parking

You can request a parking permit through our online parking portal Opens in a new window/tab.. You can also contact us f you have any questions or need a permit for a carer.

Our parking services are provided by UK Parking Control (UKPC).

The Resident Scrutiny Panel helps shape ISHA's strategy

Our Resident Scrutiny Panel met with Chief Executive Pippa to discuss ideas for ISHA's corporate and resident involvement strategic plans.
