Resident involvement strategy survey

We're working with our residents on a new, five-year strategy for resident involvement. The best way to make your voice heard is to join the in-person or online workshops. We want to hear feedback from ISHA tenants, leaseholders and shared owners about what you think of the plans for the resident involvement strategy.

  • Do you think the five foundations are important and relevant to you?
  • Do you feel your voice is heard?
  • Is ISHA approachable, and do you trust us to deliver on what we say we'll do?
  • What do you feel is missing and we should be including in our plans and the final resident involvement strategy?

Damp and mould

There are lots of reasons why damp and mould can occur in your home. If you think you have spotted the signs of damp or mould, please report it to us immediately.

Car parking

You can request a parking permit through our online parking portal Opens in a new window/tab.. You can also contact us f you have any questions or need a permit for a carer.

Our parking services are provided by UK Parking Control (UKPC).

Be alert to scam messages

We're warning our residents to be alert to possible scam text messages, WhatsApp messages and phone calls about repairs that are not from ISHA.

There are several ways to contact us. Our main phone number is 0300 131 7300. Our offices at 102 Blackstock Road, N4 2DR, are open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 9am to 4pm for in-person visitors.
