Tenancy Audit

To be able to improve our services and understand your needs better we will, over the next few months, be visiting all tenants in their homes. 

What we will need to know? 

• Who lives in the property
• Your ethnicity
• Your language preferences
• Any support needs we may be able to help you with.

What will happen when we call?

We will need proof of ID for all people living in your property.

The Tenancy Audit will be straightforward for every tenant who lives in their home.  However we will take action against anyone who is in breach of their tenancy agreement.

When will we visit?

We will call without warning and we will keep coming back at different times to meet each tenant at home.
