Your new home Shared ownership manual (pdf, 3.1mb) Cyclical decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs. Information on cyclical decorations (pdf, 171kb). Fire risk assessments The managing agent is responsible for fire risk assessments (FRAs) where you live and you should contact them if you have any questions about FRAs.
