Cyclical decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. Fire risk assessment Here is the 2019 fire risk assessment for Fenn Street (pdf, 1.1mb). The time frames for undertaking work are as follows: Priority 1 to be completed within three months Priority 2 to be completed within six months Priority 3 & 4 to be completed within 12 months Priority 5 & 6 to be completed within 24 months Changes to the frequency of fire risk assessments.
