Estate Inspections Our Neighbourhood Services Manager (Teslim Fagbayi) carries out quarterly estate inspections with Accuro Environmental Services Ltd who provides cleaning & gardening services across our estates. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between 5 and 7 years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs.
