Track your repair

There are lots of ways to get an update on your repair If you have a repair that you have already reported to us, that has not been carried out yet or needs more work the Customer Service Team will be happy to give you an update. When you first report a repair we will give you an order number. It is useful to know this when you contact us about your repair.  To get an update on your repair you can: Phone us Call the Customer Service Team on 0300 131 7300.  Please have your order number ready if possible so we can update you quickly. Email us Email the Customer Service Team on isha@isha.co.uk.  Please give your order number in the email.  We will then email or call you within 1 working day. Write to us Write to us at: Customer Service Team, Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association, 102 Blackstock Road, London, N4 2DR.  Please give your order number. Visit the office You can come to the office during our opening hours 9am to 5pm and we will give you an update.
