Teslim welcomes you to join him during the quarterly inspection – it’s a great chance to have your say about how your estate is cared for and the things that matter to you most. The next inspection will take place on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 11:30am. If you would like to join us please email neighbourhoods@isha.co.uk. Cyclical decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed.
