A managing agent, Warwick Estates deal with cleaning services and repairs to the lifts and communal areas at the Cube. Cyclical decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs. Information on cyclical decorations (pdf, 171kb). Fire risk assessments The managing agent, Warwick Estates is responsible for fire risk assessments (FRAs) where you live.
