Estate inspections Here are the outcomes to the last quarterly estate inspection for Thurstan Dwellings Inspection report (pdf, 212kb). Our Neighbourhood Services Manager (Teslim Fagbayi) carries out quarterly estate inspections with Accuro Environmental Services Ltd who provides cleaning & gardening services across our estates. Teslim welcomes you to join him during the quarterly inspection – it’s a great chance to have your say about how your estate is cared for and the things that matter to you most. The next inspection will take place on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 2:30pm. If you would like to join us please email neighbourhoods@isha.co.uk. If you are unable to attend the estate inspection at that time but would still like to provide feedback you can do this by completing the estate inspection form and return to neighbourhoods@isha.co.uk Cleaning specifications Here is your Cleaning Specification Summary [PDF 144 KB]. This can also be found on your Estate Noticeboards. Cyclical decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs. Information on cyclical decorations (pdf, 171kb). Fire risk assessment Here is the 2021 Fire Risk Assessment [4.56mb]: The time frames for undertaking work are as follows: Priority 1 to be completed within three months Priority 2 to be completed within six months Priority 3 & 4 to be completed within 12 months Priority 5 & 6 to be completed within 24 months Changes to the frequency of fire risk assessments.
