We want to establish a communications panel to work with us to improve our communication to all residents. The panel will work with ISHA across a number of areas including branding, our website, resident portal, self-service, communications audits and social media. Aims of the panel The communications panel will: be a sounding board for communications we send out to residents, including leaflets, letter templates and our annual report conduct audits and reviews of our resident communications to make sure they are well written and easily understood help to shape ISHA's brand and (if applicable) be involved in any rebranding designs work with our Digital team to help reach more residents and provide resident interest stories we can publish online.
