Complaints panel

ISHA's complaints panel is part of our new complaints policy. Led by residents, the panel will monitor the complaints ISHA receive and provide feedback on the quality and timeliness of our response to them. Aims of the panel The complaint panel will help make sure all complaints are deal with fairly and in line with our complaints policy (pdf, 762kb) and guidance from the Ombudsman. Membership We are looking for between three to seven residents to join the complaints panel.
