Repairs panel

ISHA works in partnership with a network of local contractors and service providers to deliver a reliable and efficient repairs service to our residents. The repairs panel has been set up to help oversee our repairs service and makes sure contractors are working in way that reflects ISHA's customer service values. Working closely with our Operations Team, the panel is involved in the tendering, procurement and performance management of our repairs contracts. Aims of the panel The repairs panel will: participate in the contract procurement process help with implementation of a dynamic purchasing system assist ISHA with ongoing repairs contract management. Membership Training and support is provided to panel members by ISHA so they feel confident to handle the complexities involved with procurement and contract management.
