Always ask them to show you ID Electricity Ensure any electrical work is carried out by an NICEIC qualified electrician Never buy electrical goods unless you are sure that it has been tested and approved for safety Unplug electrical goods when not used, especially your television Make sure you know how your hot water and heating system work Never carry out work on gas boilers, appliances or pipes on your own. This is very dangerous and illegal Make a gas safety check appointment as soon as we contact you. It is a legal requirement for us to check your boiler and for you to let us.
