ISHA Group Board sets the direction of the business and makes strategic and financial decisions. They are legally responsible for the organisation. We welcome applications from our residents, people who live or work in North London and similarly from people who want to contribute to making ISHA to stand out of the crowd as a special housing association, managing and developing quality affordable housing for people in North and East London. The regulator's purpose is to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector that is able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs. It does this by setting regulatory standards and outcomes that registered social housing providers must achieve around governance, financial viability, value for money, safety and quality of homes, neighbourhoods and communities, tenancy matters and accountability and transparency with tenants. Our current ratings ISHA has a Governance rating of G2 and a Financial Viability rating of V2. Registrations ISHA is a registered provider of social housing (Registration number L0457).
