What is my rent balance? You can find this out by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0300 131 7300 or write to us or visit us at 102 Blackstock Road, London, N4 2DR. How much is my service charge? Every year ISHA will send you your weekly service charge amount. If you want to ask any questions, or get another copy of your service charge, call Boyo Baiyewu on 0207 704 7390, email him on boyob@isha.co.uk or write to us or visit us at 102 Blackstock Road, London, N4 2DR. How can I pay my rent? You can pay by direct debit, standing order, credit card, debit card, cheque, Allpay online, Allpay card and Housing Benefit paid directly to ISHA. I need a new rent card You can order a new rent card by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0300 131 7300 or e-mail isha@isha.co.uk.   When does my rent go up? If you have an Assured tenancy or Leaseholder or Shared Owner, your rent and service is normally change the first Monday in April of each year and you are notified 28 days prior to the increase date. If you have a Secure tenancy your rent is changed every two years on the anniversary of the start of your tenancy. Can I have debt advice? ISHA can direct you to several agencies that offer free and independent debt advice service  which will help you find solutions to your debt problems. Your can contact our Customer Service Team on 0300 131 7300 to arrange an office appointment or alternatively an appointment with a Jobcentre Plus personal advisor to ensure you are getting the right benefit entitlement. I am having trouble paying my rent You must immediately contact our Customer Service Team on 0300 131 7300 to discuss your circumstances and find an agreeable payment plan to ensure regular payments.
