Corporate strategy 2026-30

Our new strategic plan builds on the past, but looks firmly to the future. It has been shaped with our residents' involvement and focuses on the themes of People and Place, supported by firm foundations. We've also set new values to guide us in the delivery of the plan.

Asset management strategy

ISHA provides and maintains quality, social and affordable homes in Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Haringey, Tower Hamlets and Camden.

As of 31 March 2025, we had 2,358 homes owned and managed. How we manage these assets is fundamental to our organisation.

Complaints

We comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code and in line with reporting requirements, we have published our self-assessment against the code, our Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, and the Board's response.
