In this section you'll find information about becoming part of the ISHA family, our letting standards and market rent properties (renting on the open market).

To be eligible to rent a property from ISHA, you'll need to first register with your local council. We don't let properties directly – only through council waiting lists or through schemes such as mutual exchange.
