Renting a home

We don't have our own waiting list for rented properties. To become an ISHA tenant, you'll need to contact your local authority to be put on their waiting list.

We do let a small number of homes through Chestertons estate agents Opens in a new window/tab.. These properties are let at the same amount as with a private landlord. This is called the 'market rent'.
