Share your thoughts with the resident scrutiny panel

The ISHA Resident Scrutiny Panel is an independent group of residents who work closely with our Resident Involvement Team to look at the decisions and recommendations made at resident action forums and meets regularly with the ISHA Board and Leadership Team. Their goal is to improve the services ISHA provide and monitor our performance. Got something you’d like ISHA’s Resident Scrutiny Panel to consider? If you have a suggestion for how ISHA could improve its services or a question about how ISHA makes policy decisions you'd like the panel to investigate, email the resident engagement team at involvement@isha.co.uk. You should continue to raise repairs or complaints in the usual process. Meet the panel We’ll be sharing introductions with some of the panel members so you can get to know who they are, and what motivated them to join the panel. Follow this link to meet Jay! How else can I be involved? Quick ways to give feedback Responding to a satisfaction survey is a quick way to give feedback– these are sent via email, text or telephone. We try our best not to send you too many surveys. Your responses are fed back to managers in each service area and used to improve our services. Get involved If you would like to know more about getting involved, contact our Resident Involvement Team at 0300 131 7300 or email involvement@isha.co.uk Read more news stories
