Did you know?

• Staying in a home heated to less than 18 degrees can be damaging to your health, especially for the elderly or very young.
• If you’re concerned about energy costs, heat the person, not the home. Dress in layers and have warm drinks throughout the day. Using a thermal flask, you can keep a mug of tea warm for hours without needing the kettle.
