We were delighted to welcome residents into 93 brand-new homes during the year and have continued working on improving the safety and quality of our existing homes. We re-tendered several repairs and maintenance contracts to ensure value for money and that our contractors deliver excellent service to our residents. 

In 2022/23 we:

• replaced 132 boilers with new ones that are more efficient and, importantly, cheaper to run
• upgraded 29 bathrooms
• fitted 29 new kitchens 

We also completed 1,261 emergency and 4,921 routine repairs, with 71% completed in one visit.

Resident satisfaction increased slightly to 61%, but we know we have much more work to do. Looking ahead to 2023/24, we’re focusing on resident involvement and continuing to improve our services with your input. If you’d like to get involved in our work, email involvement@isha.co.uk.
