If you have an emergency while we're closed, you can call our out-of-hours team on 0300 131 7300. They're available 24/7 – including on Christmas Day.
We will reopen at 9am on Friday, 2 January 2026.
What is an emergency?
Emergencies can include no heating or hot water, a complete loss of electrical power, flooding or serious water ingress, structural damage to the property, a gas leak, domestic abuse, or serious anti-social behaviour that makes you feel unsafe in your home or that your life is in danger.
Damp and mould
Damp and mould can be an emergency. If you spot any signs of damp or mould, contact us immediately.
Not an emergency?
