Lunar New Year is special for ISHA, as many residents live in homes provided by the former Lien Viet Housing Association, now under our umbrella.
The residents were among the Vietnamese and South Asian refugees who made their homes in this country in the 1970s.
As they celebrate the Tet on Tuesday 17 February, we wish them Chúc mừng năm mới".
For the Chinese, it is the Year of the Horse, this year specifically the Fire Horse. It is associated with movement, passion, ambition and adventure!
Join CRV and celebrate the Lunar New Year
This year, CRV East London 
(Community of Refugees from Vietnam) is hosting a traditional celebration on Sunday, 1 March, and we're chipping in to help with funding.
It will be held at The Dockland Settlements, 4 Saunders Ness Road, E14 3PS , from 1pm until 5pm, and everyone is welcome.
