The next co-creation workshop dates are on Wednesday,1 April (in-person) and Thursday, 2 April (online).

About the resident involvement strategy

Our new five-year resident involvement strategy will set out how:

• residents get involved and influence decisions made by ISHA
• your voice is heard and acted on
• we keep you updated about the work we're doing.

Our progress so far on the strategy

We've been working on the strategy with residents since November last year. This has included an online survey and resident workshops to help us understand what your priorities are as an ISHA resident.

So far, our residents have created five foundations, which will act as the building blocks for successful involvement:

1. Making resident voices count
2. Everyone connected
3. Visible and approachable
4. Flexible Ways to Get Involved
5. Trust, respect, and pride.

But there’s work to be done to build on these foundations and what it means in practice. Join us at our next workshops on Wednesday, 1 April and Thursday, 2 April, to get involved.
