Caring for your home is better when we do it together. However, you told us that sometimes it can be confusing who is responsible for different things. 

In response, and with your help, we’ve created this new at-a-glance guide. 

Section by section, it covers the key rooms in your home, communal areas, exteriors and other responsibilities. 

It’s worth checking before you contact us with a service request. 

And if you spot a defect, remember that contacting us early can prevent it from getting worse. Spot it, report it, we’ll sort it!
