Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent resident priorities survey . Your feedback is already helping us shape how we involve residents in the future, and we’re really grateful for your honesty, ideas, and enthusiasm.
What we heard from you
A total of 63 residents shared their views with us — and what you told us has been incredibly valuable.
You told us the areas where we could improve the most are:
- communications and responsiveness
- repairs and maintenance processes
- resident safety and security
- clearer communication about service charges
- a better complaints and feedback process.
Your comments show just how important reliable updates, quick responses, and feeling secure in your home are — and these will be key areas we focus on as we move forward.
You also shared brilliant ideas about working together to improve estates and neighbourhoods, helping to create more community activities that bring people together and help everyone feel safer and more connected.
Keeping you involved in our work
Many of you said you’d love more opportunities to get involved and share your views. We heard that you’d like a range of ways to take part and keep in the loop, including:
- online meetings
- face-to-face sessions
- short surveys.
Join us at a resident workshop
We’re now moving into the next stage of the journey, and we’d love you to be part of it.
We’re hosting two resident workshops to help design our new five‑year resident involvement strategy.
You can join the in-person workshop or the online one, whichever suits you best. To register your interest, fill in the short workshop sign-up form.
Looking ahead
The survey and workshops are just the beginning. We’ll be working together over the coming months to shape the full strategy, ahead of its launch in June. Your voice will be central throughout — because the best decisions are made with residents, not for them.
