May bank holidays and staff training day

Our office will be closed for three days in May for the bank holidays and a staff training day. If there is an emergency while we're closed, you can contact the out-of-hours team on the usual 0300 131 7300 phone number.

On what days is our office closed?

• Monday, 4 May (bank holiday)
• Monday, 25 May (bank holiday)
• TBC (staff training)

For the bank holidays, this means our office will be closed from 5pm on the Friday before the bank holiday, and we'll reopen again at 9am on the Tuesday after the bank holiday.

What is an emergency?

Emergencies can include flooding or serious water ingress, structural damage to the property, a gas leak, domestic abuse or severe anti-social behaviour that makes you feel unsafe in your home or that your life is in danger.

Heating is only considered an emergency between 1 October and 31 March or if you're a vulnerable resident.

Not having hot water is only treated as an emergency if you or members of your family are considered vulnerable, disabled, or you have an illness which could be made worse by not having hot water.
