Ten residents joined staff at a workshop held at ISHA’s offices on Tuesday, 22 September to tell us:
- What we should keep and what needs to be improved with our current repairs service.
- What should happen when they raise a repair and what kind of appointment service they would prefer.
- What communication and customer service they would like to see.
- What a successful repairs service would look like to them.
The feedback from these workshops and our recent survey about our repairs service will shape the procurement process for the new repairs contract.
At the workshop, residents also voted on what type of focus our tender questions should have and what social value they would like to see contractors provide.
The second session with more residents is online on Monday, 28 September. We'll publish a summary of that session soon and include it in next month's email newsletter.
Why we're asking residents to get involved
The best people to help shape our future repairs service are the residents who use it every day. By sharing your experiences, ideas and priorities, you can help us make sure the new service focuses on what matters most to residents.
Thank you for getting involved
A huge thank you to everyone who has completed our survey, attended a workshop or taken the time to share their views. Your feedback is directly helping us shape the standards, services and expectations we will set for our future repairs service.
