Cyclical Decorations 

In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of Internal and External Cyclical Decorations and Repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between 5 and 7 years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. Fire Risk Assessment

Highbury Quadrant 229 A-C fire risk assessment (FRA)

The time frames for undertaking work are as follows:

• Priority 1 to be completed within 3 months
• Priority 2 to be completed within 6 months
• Priority 3 & 4 to be completed within 12 months
• Priority 5 & 6 to be completed within 24 months
