Complaints

We comply with the Housing Ombudsman’s Statutory Complaint Handling Code and in line with new reporting requirements from 2023-24 have carried out a self-assessment of our complaints policy and published our first Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, along with the Board’s response.
