Network of 11 voluntary sector mental health services for adults in Hackney and the City.  Helps people to build resilience to prevent the onset of mental health problems; manage stress, anxiety and low mood and support people with severe and enduring mental health conditions to improve their quality of life and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
