Estate inspections

Here are the outcomes to your the quarterly estate inspection for Lake House (PDF, 79KB).

Our Neighbourhood Services Manager (Teslim Fagbayi) carries out quarterly estate inspections with Accuro Environmental Services Ltd who provides cleaning & gardening services across our estates. Teslim welcomes you to join him during the quarterly inspection. The next inspection will take place on Tuesday 25^th April 2023 at 11am. Cyclical decorations 

In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of Internal and External Cyclical Decorations and Repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between 5 and 7 years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs. Read on for further information on Cyclical Decorations
