Cyclical Decorations In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of Internal and External Cyclical Decorations and Repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between 5 and 7 years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed.
