Our Neighbourhood Services Manager (Teslim Fagbayi) carries out quarterly estate inspections with Accuro Environmental Services Ltd who provides cleaning & gardening services across our estates.Teslim welcomes you to join him during the quarterly inspection – it’s a great chance to have your say about how your estate is cared for and the things that matter to you most. In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of internal and external cyclical decorations and repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between five and seven years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs.
