Estate inspections

Our Neighbourhood Services Manager (Teslim Fagbayi) carries out quarterly estate inspections with Accuro Environmental Services Ltd who provides cleaning & gardening services across our estates. Teslim welcomes you to join him during the quarterly inspection – it’s a great chance to have your say about how your estate is cared for and the things that matter to you most.The next inspection will take place on Wednesday 15^th March 2023 at 1pm. Cyclical decorations

In most cases, ISHA or your managing agent will undertake a programme of Internal and External Cyclical Decorations and Repairs to your homes. This work is done on a regular basis, generally between 5 and 7 years. The condition of the property will be assessed and works will be carried out where needed. You will be consulted in advance about any works that are expected, such as painting or window repairs and gutter clearance/repairs. Read on for further information on Cyclical Decorations.

Fire risk assessment

The time frames for undertaking work are as follows:

• Priority 1 to be completed within three months
• Priority 2 to be completed within six months
• Priority 3 & 4 to be completed within 12 months
• Priority 5 & 6 to be completed within 24 months
