Emergency repairs

For out-of-hours emergency repairs (before 9am and after 5pm) call 0300 131 7300. Your call will be forwarded to our out-of-hours service, who will arrange repairs to make your property safe and notify ISHA of the situation.

Building and fire safety

If you are concerned about the structural safety of your building, fire safety or want to speak to us about fire risk assessments (FRAs) and EWS1 forms, email BuildingSafety@isha.co.uk or call 0300 131 7300.

Visit our office

Our office is open for drop-in and pre-booked appointments. Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. To arrange an appointment, call 0300 131 7300.
